Hosted at Project Equilibrio, a multidisciplinary arts festival in Porto Ferro, Sardegna
"The Island - Cartographies of a Future" invited participants to embark on a journey of collective imagination, using islands as metaphors for envisioning more beautiful, thriving futures. Through the lens of cartography, we explored the subjective nature of maps—acknowledging the way they shape and are shaped by our subjective perceptions of the world.
Participants engaged in a reflective dialogue, bringing together different perspectives in an exercise of map-making, channelling our collective imaginings into tangible expressions of the future we long to bring into being. Through this interactive and collaborative exploration, we created a tapestry of possibilities that reimagines how we can live and thrive together in a more equitable and sustainable world.
