  • a clear life vision is the foundation to build a business on your own terms, that suits you, how you want to live and the impact you want to have with your work.

    we start by getting clear on this vision so it will drive you in this journey with a clear WHY and the inner resilience to face setbacks.

    we want to create businesses that a) embody the essence of that vision, b) naturally lead you there.

    once the vision is clear, and we are connected with our gifts and multiple passions, we envision the possible ways to get there. things get messy here, before they get clear.

    we’ll explore simple tools to help you process your emotions, find safety in your body, amplify your nervous system capacity to navigate uncertainty and so on.

    in short, this module is all about:

    b) ideating our way forward through a business that embodies its essence and leads us there
    c) clearing the way (from the unconscious beliefs and mechanisms holding us back)

    here we start creating the foundations of your business, designing a business model that is aligned with your energy, your gifts and the life you want to have. we’ll look into the core aspects of this business: the why, the how, the what.

    we’ll ideate possible revenue streams and models, ideal clients and offerings + your business needs and expenses.

    we get real on the numbers, and how to meet them and create a scalable baseline, so you can raise your income without sacrificing on your time and energy.

  • the anatomy of high-value offerings

    here we dive deep into your core offering(s), following a repeatable system to design high-value offers, and a strategic offering ecosystem to create resiliency in your business, and a steady flow of clients.

  • you’ll create a simple brand identity that expresses the essence of your business, creating the assets you’ll need to bring it to life (if you’ll be creating them on their own!)

    it’s all about branding, and creating the essentials your business needs to exist: either a website, social media templates or email marketing assets such as newsletter templates.

    this will dependent on your unique business needs.

  • on this module we look into how to communicate your offerings and drive visibility towards your work in a way that feels good and exciting to you, but also effective.

    we look into:

    • strategies to grow your brand awareness / visibility

    • showing up on social media (and overcoming our fears of being seen)

    • creating your email funnels / newsletters

    • promoting your offers with ease

    • designing effective sales-pages that address your clients desires and objections

  • here we get into the real world of business admin, and set-up systems to help you keep your numbers in check.

    we ideate simple structures to keep you moving in a way that is flexible enough, yet solid and sustainable

    every module consists of pre-recorded classes, self-paced workshops and complimentary tools such as workbooks, notion templates and visual canvas to work at your own pace

  • every last wednesday of the month we meet in community, including quarterly review & planning sessions, reflection time, and open space for Q&A

    our sessions take place at 6-8PM CET and a recording is available afterwards

    throughout the year we have additional sessions delving into specific topics, such as workshops or themed co-working sessions

  • this journey comes with a wealth of resources such as workbooks, a centralised notion Island Home template to manage all your business operations (the same I use to run lake days), visual templates designed specifically for this process, and canva templates you can adapt to your own needs.

  • the programme is hosted on a private community of creatives, with a dedicated chat room and space for your fellow The Island participants - where you can share your questions and ask for feedback in between sessions.

    you will also have lifetime access to the general Lake Days community space.

I started lake days with a desire to to divert our creativity and life-force towards collective and planetary regeneration

supporting creative and wellbeing practitioners to be well resourced, well rested, and create from pleasure, confidence and ease

I started this business so you won't let your dreams linger inside of you for years, trying to fit into workspaces or business models that were never designed for your creative mind and unique rhythms.

I created the island so you don't have to run your business alone, and spend months guessing your way through solopreneurship, wondering how you’ll find your clients or pay your bills.

as a certified coach and self-learner myself, here's the things I know and believe whole-heartedly in: you have everything you need, and can achieve anything you want on your own.

you don't need me or any coach (and if anyone tries to convince you otherwise, you know what to do). 

you have the gut knowing, and you can access every missing piece of information online. you can have late-night talks with chatGPT, and scramble through every freebie or youtube video on the internet for hours, months, years, to get where you want.

but here's also what I am very confident about: that you can do it much faster and easefully with the right support.
