About The Island

The Island is a 1 year programme to help you design and create a fulfilling creative business that supports you, while being in service of the more beautiful world you envision.

together with likeminded creatives from across disciplines, we will be designing the foundations of a business made to last, and create your core offers.

a space to let you grow at a pace that works for you, enabling to create a business that serves the life you want.

  • During six months, you will be supported by a group of likeminded creatives as well as myself, via monthly workshops and a community chat to answer your questions in between sessions, keep you accountable and celebrate your wins.

  • Every month, we will deep dive into a new module to help you set the foundations of your business, create a solid branding, communications plan and design a way of working that supports your wellbeing and goals.

  • Item description

  • You will have lifetime access to the private Lake Days community space, and a dedicated chat room and space for your fellow The Island participants - where you can share your questions and ask for feedback in between sessions.

    As part of the community, there will be additional community calls where we explore creative topics together and connect with each other.

  • You will get one individual coaching session tailored to your unique needs, as well as a final revision of your business assets created during the six modules.

    (This can include website, portfolio and LinkedIn + Social Media profiles)

The Programme:

  • The first module is all about grounding your business idea in integrity, aligning it with your gifts, needs and broader life & world vision.

    We’ll explore your long- and short-term vision, uncover your unique gifts, needs and dreams, and dive deep into self-awareness to create a venture you feel deeply connected with and proud of.

    By understanding how to work with your unique energy and uncovering your deeper "why," you’ll gain clarity on the essence of what you want to create - and how to make it come to life.

    We’ll also address your relationship with business and money to foster a more empowering perspective. We will cultivate a mindset of courage and action that will serve as the foundation for your journey towards building a meaningful and fulfilling solo business.

  • In this module, you’ll identify and connect with the audience you want to serve. Through research and thoughtful exploration, you’ll uncover their needs, desires, and challenges, equipping you to design offerings that truly resonate and respond to real needs.

    We’ll also focus on crafting your mission and discovering your unique zone of genius—the sweet spot where your skills and passions align. This foundational work will empower you to communicate effectively and build offerings that create meaningful impact in the next stages of your journey.

  • In this module, you’ll craft a business model and offerings that reflect your unique gifts, needs, and energy while aligning with the desires of your audience. We’ll simplify and elevate your best work, ensuring your business feels both sustainable and joyful.

    Through defining your offerings, developing a straightforward business plan, and planning for growth, you’ll create a solid foundation for your business.

    We’ll also integrate design thinking approaches to help you stay adaptable and innovative as you bring your business vision to life in an agile way.

  • In this module, you’ll develop a cohesive brand that reflects your vision and values, connecting deeply with your audience. We will define the most relevant channels to reach your clients and create the necessary assets - visuals & texts.

    We’ll focus on creating the foundations of your website and core templates for your communication channels.

  • This module focuses on showing up authentically and building a marketing ecosystem that aligns with your nature while effortlessly connecting with the right clients. You’ll overcome fears of being seen, address sales blockages, and grow comfortable offering your services and selling with ease.

    We’ll dive into practical tools like AI, SEO, and automation to simplify your work, alongside creating launch strategies, communication plans, and sales funnels. By the end, you’ll have a streamlined approach to marketing that feels natural and supports your business growth.

  • This module combines mindset and practical tools to help you lay the foundations for running your solo business with ease. You’ll cultivate "regenerative" self-leadership skills, integrating gentle discipline and creating rituals that align with your energy and cycles.

    Through planning, project management, and self-leadership practices, you’ll learn how to manage your time and business in a way that feels sustainable and empowering. By setting effective rituals and systems, you’ll position yourself for long-term success while staying aligned with your personal rhythm.

Vision

A clear vision is the foundation to build a business on your own terms, that suits you, how you want to live and the impact you want to have with your work. We start by getting clear on this vision so it will drive you in this journey with a clear WHY and motivation to face setbacks.

Strategy & Practical Knowledge

Once the vision is clear and well grounded in you, we explore the tangible ways to bring your small creative business to life. We ideate a business model that works for you taking in consideration your financial and other practical needs. We explore systems and structures that will help you develop your project with more ease, so you can focus on doing more of what you like.

Mindset

Your mindset is key to being on the driver’s seat of your business. From making decisions, to steering the wheel when things get out of alignment or you are faced with challenges. We will be addressing mindset shifts throughout the whole programme, and working towards unblocking limiting beliefs that may be preventing you from moving forward.

Aligned Action

Succeeding will require you to stay committed to your vision, connected with your values and needs, taking small & big, consistent steps as you move. No change happens over night, and it will require you to stay on your lane and take consistent aligned action.
