As a Life & Creativity Coach I support you in tuning into how you want to feel and live, and together we build sustainable habits to take you from where you are now onto where you want to be.
Trained by the MindBodyFood Institute, my coaching is grounded in self-awareness, kindness and curiosity, and the understanding that an imbalance in one area of our life may have unexpected ripple effects, showing up in unpredictable ways - resistance, fear, blockages, procrastination, etc.
Together, we seek to understand and address root causes rather than symptoms of these imbalances and restore a sense of joy and fulfilment in the different areas of your life.
I see joy, playfulness, and imagination as some of the most powerful tools to help us co-create the world we want to live in - rooted in a deep sense of belonging and cooperation with each other and the living world.
